Description

This is a late 18th and early 19th century red brick farmhouse with a plain tile roof, brick ridge and gable stacks, and a dentilled eaves band. The south elevation has four bays, with the right-hand bay being an addition. A tall chamfered plinth runs along the base. The left-hand three bays are symmetrical, featuring a central doorway with a segmental arch and a half-glazed door. This is flanked on each side by broad segmental-arched windows with 3-light wooden casements. Above, there are two similar windows, with a smaller 2-light window positioned between them. The additional bay to the east has a 3-light window on each floor.
