Description

Eaton Dovedale is a late 18th-century farmhouse constructed of red brick with a plain tile roof, featuring a brick ridge stack and a brick gable stack. The building has a brick dentil eaves cornice and stands two storeys high with additional garrets. The west elevation is long and consists of five bays. There is an off-centre doorway with a moulded surround and a mid-19th century half-glazed door. To the right of the doorway, there is a 3-light wooden casement window with a segmental head, and a similar window is located to the left, along with a smaller version of the same window further left. Above, there are five similar windows. The east elevation features a tall staircase window.
