Description
Church Farmhouse is a farmhouse dated 1618, as indicated by a blocked 3-light window surround on the west gable. The building is constructed of coursed squared gritstone and features a plain tile roof with stone coped gables and brick gable end stacks. It is two-storeys tall and has a double fronted south elevation. The central doorway has a 20th-century door and wooden surround, which interrupts a chamfered plinth. To the left is a 19th-century window opening, and to the right is a former 2-light mullioned window with a chamfered surround. On the first floor, there are three windows with chamfered moulded surrounds, which originally had recessed chamfered mullions but now feature 19th-century casements. The north elevation includes an early three-light chamfered mullion window on the first floor.
