Description

The Methodist Sunday School, dated 1836, was formerly a Primitive Methodist Chapel. It is constructed of coursed squared gritstone, with some parts rendered, and features a plain tiled roof. The building is single storey and consists of two bays. There is a central doorway with a plain raised surround, which is flanked by glazing bar sash windows. Above the doorway, there is a stone plaque that reads 'Primitive Methodist Chapel 1836'.
