Description
This house, located southwest of the churchyard gates, dates from the mid-18th century. It is constructed of coursed squared gritstone with a pick-faced finish and features a plain tiled roof with stone copings and kneelers. The building has a chamfered stone eaves band and a brick gable end stack. It is two and a half storeys tall and consists of a single bay.
The north elevation has an off-centre doorway with a quoined surround and a flat lintel. The door is a 19th-century four-panel design, with the upper two panels glazed. The window openings are adorned with stone voussoirs and keyblocks, and they have projecting stone sills. The first and second floor windows are small paned sashes with fixed flanking side half lights, while the ground floor windows have been altered.
