PARISH OF TIBSHELF HIGH STREET (east side) No 7, The Cottage

II House. Early C18, restored c1980. Coursed rubble sandstone with ashlar dressings and thatched roof with brick gable end and off-centre ridge stacks. Single storey plus attics and three bays. Off-centre C20 board door below flat rubble arch flanked by C20 three-light flush mullion windows and with similar two-light window beyond to left. Above, just to left of the door is an eyebrow dormer with two-light casement window. Similar window to rear elevation and to west gable wall. Interior has exposed chamfered beams.
