Description
Manor Cottage is a house dating from the mid-19th century. It is constructed of regularly coursed squared gritstone and features plain gables. The building has intermediate and end stone ridge stacks with moulded caps, topped by a Welsh slated roof.
The house is two storeys high and consists of four bays. An off-centre doorway, set in a chamfered stone surround, is flanked by three-light mullioned windows that have shallow chamfers. On the first floor, there are three two-light chamfered mullioned windows and a single light opening above the doorway. Throughout the cottage, there are 19th-century casements. The entrance features a four-panelled door with a rectangular overlight.
