Description

The outbuildings to the south of Manor Cottage are farm structures dating from the late 18th century. They are built from regularly coursed squared rubble coal measures sandstone and feature plain gables with pantiled roofs and stone slated eaves. The buildings have a double pile plan and a gabled west elevation facing the street. The north gable includes a three-light casement window on the first floor, situated above a two-light horizontal sliding sash window with four panel shutters. The south gable features a two-light flush mullioned window with casements above a double cart shed opening, which has massive lintels supported by a central stone pillar.
