They are constructed from coursed rubble coal measures sandstone, featuring quoins, plain gables, and a Welsh slated roof. The building is two storeys high and consists of three bays. There are two doorways on the ground floor, and a flight of steps at the north end leads to a doorway on the first floor. A first-floor window has a plain surround, and the north gable includes a 2-light flush mullioned window at the gable apex. This structure is listed for its group value only.
