Description

This cottage, attached to the west of the farm, dates from the mid-19th century. It is constructed of coursed rubble gritstone and features a west gable stack along with a plain tiled roof. The north elevation has two storeys and three bays, with sash frames that have single glazing bars set in unframed openings with plain lintels. The central doorway has a plain planked door and is accompanied by a shallow trellis work porch topped with a flat lead roof. The cottage is listed for its group value.
