This is a late 18th-century cottage located on the west side of Stamford Road in Exton. The cottage is constructed from coursed sandstone rubble and has a thatched roof. It is a 1½-storey building with a 2-unit plan, featuring a central doorway and casement windows with flat wood lintels. Gable end stacks are present.
