Description

No. 11 The Green is a cottage dating from the early 18th century or earlier. It is situated at the back of the street and constructed from coursed ironstone rubble with a thatched roof. The building has one and a half storeys. The main facade features a blocked doorway to the left, which is located behind the stacks and leads to a through passage. To the right of this doorway, there is a two-light casement window and a single dormer above. Further to the right, there is an additional bay of different construction that includes a door set in a gabled timber porch, along with another casement window and dormer above. The rear of the cottage is made entirely of ironstone and includes a doorway and a single casement window.
