Description

No. 10 The Green is an early 18th-century cottage, possibly with an earlier core, located on the west side of The Green in Exton. The building is constructed from coursed ironstone rubble and features a thatched roof. It is 1½ storeys high and has a two-unit plan. The main facade includes a doorway on the left that leads into a through passage behind the stack, along with a fire window, a blocked window, and two light casement windows, all topped with flat timber lintels. Above, there is a single dormer. At the rear, there are two casement windows and a doorway with chamfered lintels, along with another single dormer above.
