Description

This is an 18th-century cottage situated on The Green in Exton. It is built of coursed rubble with a thatched roof. The cottage is approximately one and a half storeys high and has a one and a half-unit plan. A gable timber porch provides access to the front doorway. The main room has a two-light casement window to the left and a small window to the right. A dormer window and a casement window are located above. A brick stack is situated at the gable end. The street-facing side features two blocked openings and a small window. A projecting wing extends to the right of the cottage.
