Description

No. 12 Stamford Road is a house, likely from the 18th century, although it features a datestone from the 1690s below the stack. The building is constructed of coursed rubble and has a stone tiled roof. It is two storeys high and has a single unit plan, with the entrance door located to the right of the front elevation and a gable stack on the left. The ground floor has casement windows that have been renewed, but they still retain chamfered lintels above. Inside, there is an inglenook and a chamfered cross beam.
