Description

This is a mid-19th century warehouse, later converted to offices, located on Kayes Walk in Nottingham. The building is constructed of red brick with ashlar dressings and a slate roof. It features a plinth, a sill band to the first floor, and a moulded wooden eaves cornice with decorative brackets. The four-storey structure has a nine-window front, with top-hung casement windows containing glazing bars. The lower three floors have shaped wedge lintels above the windows. An off-centre doorcase is distinguished by pilasters and a simple entablature, although the door itself is currently boarded up. The building was restored in approximately 1991 following a fire.
