Description
Jacoby's Building is a mid-19th century warehouse that has been converted into offices, with restoration completed in 1990. The building is constructed of red brick with ashlar dressings and features slate roofs. It has a string course and a coped blocking course. The structure stands five storeys tall and has a total of 11 windows, arranged in a 5:6 pattern across graduated courses. The windows are swing casements with glazing bars and have yellow brick segmental heads. The left block of the building features five windows that are slightly set back. At each end bay, there is a segment-arched doorway that is roll moulded, complete with a fielded six-panel door and a fanlight above.
