Freestanding garden room. 1958 by James Cubitt and Partners; Fello Atkinson, partner in charge; Brenda Walker, job architect; for Mr and Mrs H Goddard. Vertical cedar boarded walls; flat roof and painted timber fascia to match house alongside (q.v.). Single-storey. No external drainpipes. Two glazed doors and clerestorey windows. Underfloor heating throughout the building. Included as an integral part of a group with the main house, and similarly showing a sophisticated American influence.
