  1. Architect Millican. Italianate style. Yellow brick with stone dressings. Three storeys. Corner site. Granby Street elevation six windows, Horsefair Street eight windows. Ground floor tall windows in moulded architraves with sill aprons with cornice on large console brackets. First floor moulded architraves and sill band. Over first floor large modillion cornice. Round arch second floor windows with keyblocks and continuous impost mould. Balustraded parapet with urns at corners. Chamfered quoins. Curved corner: ground and first floors rusticated and entrance with rectangular fanlight and very large console brackets supporting cornice with shallow balustered balcony to first floor three-light window. Large modern shop at ground floor right of Horsefair Street elevation.
