House, now 2 houses. Early C19, later C19 alterations. Coursed squared gritstone with herringbone tooling, ashlar details, slate roofs. No.11 (Woodlands): 2 storeys, asymmetrical 5 windows, sashes with glazing bars, wedge lintels, off centre to right a 2-storeyed canted bay with cornice and 3 sashes to each floor, deep eaves, hipped roof, corniced ridge stack; entrance on left return, set back left: panelled and glazed door, traceried overlight. No.9 (Queensmead): 2 storeys, 3 windows, sashes with glazing bars, later C19 porch and tall round-headed stair window; end stack right. INTERIOR: not inspected.
