Description

This is a disused tower windmill, likely dating from the 18th century, which has undergone alterations. It is constructed from coursed squared magnesian limestone and has a circular plan that tapers as it rises. The windmill is situated on a mound and features a segmental vaulted passage on the south side that leads to a blocked basement doorway. There is also a blocked doorway at ground-floor level on the west side, along with various blocked square windows at different heights. An iron ladder and drainpipe are located on the east side, while the superstructure is missing.
