Description

Bramham Lodge is a house built in the earlier 19th century and subsequently altered. It is constructed from coursed squared magnesian limestone with a slate roof. The house has a rectangular, double-depth plan, featuring a semicircular bay window on the left return wall.

The building is two storeys high and five bays wide, with a symmetrical appearance. It incorporates quoins and a central glazed and panelled front door, set within a stone architrave and cornice. There are four tall 12-pane sash windows on the ground floor, and five 9-pane windows on the first floor. The central first-floor window remains a sash, while the others have been altered to top-hung casements, all with splayed heads. The roof is hipped, with two chimneys positioned behind the ridge. The left return wall features a semicircular single-storey bay window with convex 12-pane sashes, and a low parapet. The interior has not been inspected.
