This is a gravestone memorial dedicated to Zinai Wormald, located approximately 30 meters north of the Church of St John the Baptist. It was created in 1846 and is made of gritstone. The memorial features a large square gabled design with Norman-style decorations. Each face has a square, Norman-arched recess with attached columns. The entablature includes lozenge and ball motifs, along with roll moulding, and is topped by a three-tier pyramid capstone with a cross finial. The inscription is in Gothic script and reads: "Here lie the remains of Zinai, wife of John Wormald Esqr. of Cookridge Hall who died June 3rd 1846."
