Description

The Tudors and Victoria House comprise a farmhouse, now divided into two separate houses, built in the mid-18th century and with later additions from the mid-19th century. The construction uses coursed squared gritstone with stone slate roofs.

The left-hand section, known as The Tudors, is two storeys high with three windows on the first floor. It features quoins. A central doorway is framed by tie-stone jambs. Flanking the entrance are paired sash windows in plain surrounds, with stone mullions. The first floor has two four-light, flat-faced mullion windows and a square sash window positioned between them. The roof features cyma-moulded kneelers, gable copings, and banded end stacks.

Victoria House, on the right-hand side, is two storeys high with three windows. It has a three-centred arched doorway to the left, with an overlight and recessed spandrels, and a full-height canted bay window to the right. A moulded string course runs along the first floor.

The interiors have not been inspected.
