House, now offices. Early C19, altered post 1985. Stretcher bond brick, rendered and incised in imitation of ashlar during 1985 alterations, stone sills and lintels, slate hipped roof with 2 brick stacks. Main facade to the SE: 2 storeys, 3 bays. Entrance through central, square projecting porch with plain corniced roof, square windows to the side elevations blocked and rendered. 6-panel door set in recess, semicircular fanlight with keystones to the triple wooden roll-moulding. Windows bays 1 and 3 both storeys 32-pane sashes, 12-pane sash to 1st floor centre, modern frames. Right return: 1-bay elevation has 32-pane sash to ground floor and 16-pane to upper. INTERIOR: has fluted jambs to main entrance and bobbin balusters to staircase. Attached to the remains of the medieval manor house of Cad Beeston, now The Manor House, Cad Beeston in Temple Crescent (qv), access to the upper storey of the earlier range is at present through the rear wall of this building.
