Description

Blenheim Terrace, numbers 9 and 10, are a pair of terraced houses that have been converted into offices. They were built between 1834 and 1839 and feature red brick construction with a slate roof. The buildings are three storeys tall with a basement, and each house has two windows, with the entrance located on the left side. The panelled doors are topped with a fanlight set within a stone architrave that includes a keystone. The windows have flat brick arches, stone sills, and consist of plate-glass sashes and casements. Each property has eaves brackets and a ridge stack positioned to the right.

The gate piers, made of stone and approximately 2 meters high, are square in section and topped with a cornice and shallow pyramidal capstone. There is a forecourt wall that flanks the gate piers and connects to number 10 on the northern side, made of brick with stone coping. The interior has not been inspected. For additional historical context, refer to number 2 Blenheim Terrace on Woodhouse Lane.
