House, now offices, with gate piers and boundary wall. 1834-39, converted C20. Red brick, stone dressings, slate roof. 2 storeys with basement and added attic storey. Symmetrical facade with 5 first-floor windows. Stone steps up to central glazed door in stone surround with fluted columns supporting entablature and pediment. Flanking and first-floor windows have flat brick arches and stone sills, plate-glass sashes. C20 dormers. Stone bands at ground- and first-floor levels, eaves cornice and blocking course. End stacks. INTERIOR: not inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: gate piers of stone, approx 2m high, square section, tapering, with pedimented capstone and laurel wreaths in relief. Boundary walls flanking piers and on northern side of forecourt: brick, roll-moulded stone coping, approx 1m high. For history, see No.2 Blenheim Terrace, Woodhouse Lane (qv).
