Pair of terraced houses, now offices, with forecourt boundary walls and gate piers. 1830, converted C20. Red brick, slate roof. 3 storeys and basement, both houses 2 windows wide, with entrance on left. Panelled doors with fanlight in moulded architrave with keyblocks. Fenestration: flat brick arches, stone sills, restored small-pane sashes. Ridge stacks to right of each property. INTERIOR: not inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: gate piers of stone, approx 2m high, square section, corniced, shallow pyramid capstone. Boundary walls of brick, stone copings; approx 0.75m high, linking gate piers to house frontages. Historical information: see No.2 Blenheim Terrace (qv).
