Description

Blenheim Terrace, numbers 3 and 4, are a pair of terraced houses that have been converted into offices. They were built in 1830 and later converted in the 20th century. The houses are constructed of red brick and have a slate roof. They stand three storeys tall with a basement, each house featuring two windows and an entrance on the left side. The panelled doors have fanlights set in moulded architraves with keyblocks. The windows are adorned with flat brick arches and stone sills, and they have been restored to include small-pane sashes. Each property has a ridge stack located to the right.

The subsidiary features include stone gate piers that are approximately 2 meters high, square in section, with a cornice and shallow pyramid capstone. The boundary walls are made of brick with stone copings, standing about 0.75 meters high, connecting the gate piers to the house frontages.
