Description

Blenheim Terrace, numbers 13 and 14, are a pair of terraced houses that have been converted into offices. They were built between 1834 and 1839 and underwent alterations in the 20th century. The houses are constructed from red brick and topped with a slate roof, standing three storeys high with a basement. Each house features two windows and an entrance on the left side, with panelled and half-glazed doors set within a stone architrave that includes a fanlight and a keystone. The windows have flat brick arches and stone sills, and the restored sashes include glazing bars. The chimney stacks are positioned on the ridge to the right of each house.

The property includes notable subsidiary features such as stone gate piers that are approximately 2 meters high, square in section, corniced, and topped with shallow pyramidal capstones. There are also brick walls flanking the gate piers and on the northern side of the forecourt, which connect to number 14; these walls are about 1 meter high and have stone copings. The interior of the houses has not been inspected. For additional historical context, refer to number 2 Blenheim Terrace on Woodhouse Lane.
