Description

Blenheim Terrace, numbers 11 and 12, are a pair of terraced houses that have been converted into offices. They were built between 1834 and 1839 and underwent restoration in the late 20th century. The houses are constructed from red brick and feature a pantile roof. They stand three storeys tall with a basement, and each house has two windows and an entrance on the left side. The entrances consist of panelled doors with an overlight, set within stone architraves that include a keystone. The windows have flat brick arches and stone sills, and the small-pane sash windows have been restored. Each property has eaves brackets and a ridge stack located to the right.

The gate piers are square in section, restored, and topped with cornices and shallow pyramid capstones. The boundary walls, which flank the gate piers and run along the northern side of the forecourt, are approximately 1 meter high, made of brick with stone copings, and have undergone some restoration. For further historical context, refer to No. 2 Blenheim Terrace on Woodhouse Lane.
