Description
This listing describes gate piers and a boundary wall dating to 1856, situated on the east side of Clarendon Road, part of the University Campus in Leeds. The gate piers are constructed of ashlar and stand approximately 2.5 metres high. They feature a plinth with panels, a shaft with moulded and fielded panels, and a deep modillion cornice. The boundary wall extends approximately 30 metres north from the left gate pier and reaches a height of about 1.5 metres, topped with flat stone coping. The walling is built of brick.
