Description
Nos 17 and 19 on Nabbs Lane are a pair of early to mid 19th century houses built from hammer-dressed stone with quoins and a pitched stone slate roof. The buildings are two storeys high.
On the south elevation, No 17 features a ground floor entrance with a stone surround and tie-stones, alongside a 4-light stone mullioned window. The first floor has a 4-light stone window and a single light window with stone surrounds. No 19 has two ground floor entrances with stone surrounds and tie-stones, one of which is later and the other is blocked. It also has a 3-light stone mullioned window on the ground floor. The first floor includes a 5-light stone mullioned window and a single light window with stone surrounds.
The north elevation of both houses displays various 2 and 3-light stone mullioned windows.
