Description
11 Nabbs Lane is an early to mid 19th century building that served as both a manufacturing site and a dwelling. It is constructed from hammer dressed stone and features a pitched stone slate roof. The building has three storeys, with the south elevation showcasing several architectural details.
On the ground floor, there is an entrance with a stone surround that is partially blocked, alongside a two-light stone mullioned window that has been enlarged. The doorway has a stone surround of a later date. The first floor includes a four-light stone mullioned window, a three-light stone mullioned window, and a single light window, all with stone surrounds. The second floor features a prominent thirteen-light stone mullioned window, of which five lights are blocked.
The south-west gable has a loading door to the second floor, which is framed by a stone surround and tie-stones, as well as a small light located in the apex of the gable.
