Description
Nos 207 and 209 on Lane Top are a pair of terraced houses built in the early to mid 19th century. They are constructed from hammer-dressed stone and feature a pitched stone slate roof, standing two storeys tall.
The west elevation of No 207 includes a ground floor entrance with a stone surround and tie-stones, along with one four-light stone mullioned window. On the first floor, there is one two-light stone mullioned window and one three-light stone mullioned window. The east elevation features two two-light stone mullioned windows on the first floor.
No 209 has a similar layout on its west elevation, with a ground floor entrance also featuring a stone surround and tie-stones, and one four-light stone mullioned window, although two of the mullions have been removed. The first floor contains one three-light stone mullioned window and one two-light stone mullioned window. The east elevation has two single-light windows on the first floor.
