House and former barn in one range. Early C18 with recent alterations. Hammer dressed stone. Quoins. Stone slate roof with gable copings on moulded kneelers to north. Two stacks (one ashlar) both with caps. Recent dormer on east pitch. Two storeys. House: east elevation 2 bays of stone mullioned windows, one of 3-lights and one of 4-lights. Ground floor windows are double chamfered. First floor windows have chamfered mullions. Former barn has large doorway to east and west elevations each with segmental arch, and each part blocked. East elevation of barn has 4-light stone mullioned window to each floor, both new but detailed as windows to house. West elevation to both house and barn is modernised. South gable has doorway with deep lintel, within recent conservatory. North gable has entrance, part blocked, with large stone surround and deep lintel, and small window with stone surround. Interior: 2 king post trusses with struts, with pegged joints and car penters marks. Trusses are part obscured.
