Description
No. 31 Carr Hill Road is a house dating from the early to mid-19th century. It is constructed of coursed squared stone and has a stone skate roof that is covered in bitumen. The building is two storeys high and features three bays. There is a near-central doorway, with a three-light window to the left and a two-light window to the right. Both windows have front-faced mullions and raised sills. On the first floor, there is a continuous nine-light window with a sill band, although the central three lights are now blocked. The right gable has copings on the kneelers, and there is a stone stack to the right. At the rear, there is a later addition that includes a part-blocked taking-in door to the first floor.
