Description

No. 6 Strawberry Lane is a house dating from the late 18th century and 19th century. It is constructed of hammer-dressed stone and features a graduated stone slate roof. The building has two bays, one from the 18th century and one from the 19th century, and stands two storeys tall with an outshut at the rear. Each bay has a square-cut stone door surround. The second bay includes a 5-light recessed flat-faced stone mullion window on each floor, while the first bay has 20th-century replacements for the original sash windows on both floors. The house has gable stacks.
