No. 27 Market Place is a shop built in the early 19th century, showcasing Regency architectural style. The building is constructed of stucco and features a hipped slate roof. It stands three storeys tall and has one bay. The front is framed at the first and second floor levels by quasi-Ionic pilasters, an entablature, and a blocking course. The upper floors have modern casements with a flat arch and a sill band, while the ground floor has been altered to accommodate modern shops.
