Description

This is a pair of weaver's houses dating from the early 19th century, located on North Road in Kirkburton. They are constructed of hammer-dressed stone with a stone slate roof featuring gable copings and cut kneelers. The houses are two and three storeys high. The front elevation has been altered. Centrally located doorways are flanked by a three-light window on each side. There are two three-light windows to the first floor, with altered windows incorporated. The second floor has a distinctive window arrangement: the house to the left features a ten-light window with two blocked lights, while the house to the right has an eleven-light window with one blocked light.
