Description

The Lodge at Springfield Mill is a mid-19th century building constructed from hammer-dressed stone. It features a hipped and sprocketted ornamental slate roof with wide eaves, and an ashlar stack with a moulded cornice. The lodge is a single-storey structure that is canted at the north end, where it has ashlar angle pilasters. The building includes three sash windows and one doorway, all of which are round-arched and have plain imposts and keys.
