Description
This is a pair of early to mid-19th century weaver’s houses with an attached cottage located on Slaithwaite Road, Meltham. The buildings are constructed from hammer-dressed stone with a stone slate roof featuring gable copings and three ashlar stacks. The houses are three storeys high, while the cottage is two storeys. The houses have an entrance on the left side and a three-light window on the ground floor. The ground floor windows each have two mullions removed. The first floor has one four-light window. The second floor features two three-light windows. The cottage has an entrance on the right side and one three-light window on each floor.
