Description
Numbers 54 and attached barn, 56, 58, and 60 form a farm terrace, with Nos. 58 and 60 dated 1764, and No. 56 likely from the same period. The barn may be slightly later, while No. 54 was built in the mid-19th century. The buildings are constructed of hammer-dressed stone with quoins on the earlier structures. Nos. 60 and 56 have tiled roofs, while Nos. 54 and 58 feature bitumen-covered roofs, and the barn has a stone slate roof.
The terrace is two storeys high. Nos. 58 and 60 are arranged with entrances on the left and right, featuring deep lintels, with the one for No. 60 being slightly arched. Each dwelling has a four-light window on the ground floor and a six-light window on the first floor, all with recessed mullions. A central plaque on Nos. 58 and 60 reads: B I M 1764. No. 56 has a similar design, but two mullions have been removed from its first-floor window.
The barn includes a large central doorway and a part-blocked small doorway. No. 54 has an entrance and a four-light window on the ground floor, with two mullions removed and another window that has been altered. On the first floor, there are two three-light windows.
