Description
This listing describes a pair of weaver's houses located at 4 and 6 Low Fold, dating from the late 18th century. The buildings are constructed from hammer-dressed stone with quoins and feature a stone slate roof that has been covered in bitumen. Each house stands three storeys tall and includes an entrance and a 4-light window on the ground floor, as well as a 6-light window on both the first and second floors. Notably, No. 4 has had several mullions removed from its windows. The elevation facing Cumberworth Lane mirrors this design, with 6-light windows on the upper floors and altered ground floors.
