Single stone, white washed. Late C18, early C19. Triangular upright stone. Left face reads 'TO ROCHDALE 13 MILES, RIPPONDEN 2 MILES'. Right face reads 'TO ELLAND 2 1/2 MILES'. On the former turnpike road for the Blackstone Edge Trust.
