Description
Barsey Farmhouse is a house dating from the late 17th century, with alterations made in the early 19th century when the roof was raised. It is constructed from hammer-dressed stone and features a stone slate roof. The building has two storeys and consists of three cells. The first two cells have double chamfered mullioned windows with four lights, while the second cell has a two-light flat faced mullioned window on the first floor. The third cell includes a doorway with tie-stone jambs and a two-light flat faced mullioned window on both floors. Gutter brackets are present, and there are three stacks along the ridge. The mid-19th century cottages attached to the rear are not included in this listing.
