Description
Caretaker's Cottage is a mid-19th century building located within the Mill House Estate. It is constructed from coursed squared stone and features a stone slate roof. The cottage has two storeys and two bays. The openings are framed with plain stone surrounds, and the windows have flat-faced mullions. The right bay is blind, while the left bay contains a door to the right of a two-light window on each floor, with the first-floor window featuring 16-pane sash windows. The building has paired gutter brackets and an end stack on the right side. On the right return, there is one window on each floor, and on the left return, there is a door with a 12-pane sash window above. The cottage is part of a mill complex.
