Description
Units 17 and 18 at Mill House Estate is a mid-19th century mill building, likely originally a warehouse, now used as industrial premises. It is constructed of coursed squared stone with a stone slate roof and stands three storeys tall with ten bays. The building features six-pane windows with stone lintels and projecting sills. On the ground floor, there is a door in bay 1 and an inserted garage door in bays 7 and 8. Bay 4 serves as a loading bay and includes a hoist beneath a coped gable that extends through the eaves. The building is adorned with a modillion cornice and has a hipped roof. It is part of a larger mill complex and was noted to be in a state of disrepair at the time of the last survey.
