SOWERBY BRIDGE ROCHDALE ROAD SE 0422 and SE 0522 (east side, off) 15/197 Unit 5, Mill House Estate - GV II Mill building, now unoccupied. Early - mid C19. Coursed squared stone; C20 corrugated iron roof. 4 storeys, 3 bays. Openings have plain stone surrounds, windows with flat-faced mullions. Ground floor: doorways on left and right and a third one blocked. First floor: blocked rectangular opening with dressed surround. Second floor: three 2-light windows. Third floor: a shorter former 2-light window on right. Paired gutter brackets. Part of mill complex. Included for group value.
