Block Approximately One Metre To North West Of Units 17 And 18, Mill House Estate

This is a mid-19th century mill building, likely used as an office, located approximately one metre to the north-west of Units 17 and 18 in the Mill House Estate. The building is constructed from coursed squared stone and has two storeys with five bays. The openings feature chamfered plain stone surrounds, with windows that originally had flat-faced mullions. In the third bay, there is a step leading up to a three-panel door with a three-pane overlight above it. The second bay has a single-light window on each floor, while the first and fourth bays contain two-light windows. All windows were formerly sash windows with glazing bars, but the glass is now broken; the left window on the ground floor is blocked, and the sashes have been removed from the right window. The building has a moulded cornice with a blocking course and corniced stacks at the right end and between the first and second bays. It is part of a larger mill complex and is currently in a state of dereliction.
