Description
This former mill building, now an industrial unit occupied by G and F Engineering and Fabrication Company, is located on the Mill House Estate. It dates from the early to mid-19th century and is constructed of coursed squared stone with a stone slate roof. The building is one storey high and has three bays. The central feature is a round-arched double door, with a barred keyed lunette above it on either side. At each end of the building, there is a doorway with a plain stone surround. The roof has paired gutter brackets on the table and is hipped. The rear of the building features three windows with plain stone surrounds, and above them are two lunettes flanking a ledge. On the left return, there is a keyed lunette at a high level and paired gutter brackets on the table. This building is part of a larger mill complex.
